Odin (the platform we use to administer the SPVs) charges a 3.95% on all funds raised with a minimum fee of £1,800, split pro-rata across the investors. It is also worth noting that there is a 15% carry pool on each SPV.
Yes, there is no cost to apply, or pitch at Onstage Demo Days!
Any startup planning to raise a Pre-Seed, Seed, or Series A round, either right now or in the near future. And, we welcome applications from all across the globe!
Once applications close, our VC partners vote on the startups they think are the most promising. Within a few weeks (less than three), we’ll tell you whether or not you’ve made it to our Top 100 Shortlist. A few days after that, a committee will review the Top 100, and then pick roughly 25 finalists who will be invited to pitch at Demo Day.

If you’re selected to pitch, we’ll ask you to submit a pre-recorded pitch of a maximum length of three minutes before Demo Day. This will be played on the day!
Onstage is not a placement agent or broker. It’s free to both attend and apply.
Investors request introductions through our platform and we’ll send you details of the investor before offering you the introduction. We also set up special purpose vehicles (SPVs), in collaboration with Odin, to allow attendees to invest in a handful of the finalists. We'll share further details on this with the selected companies at the time.
